The horses directed to the Admiralty are heeled, but others aren't. The legend is that in XVIII century there were foundries and forges at Leetei`niy prosp, so the heeled horses are moving from there.

Best way to view the city. 500 Rubles for 1.5hours boat trip. The guide was amazing because she was talking non stop for 1.5 hours. Wish I could understand Russian
